Job summary

Windsor in Cincinnati seeks a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead a team of up to 25 stylists and drive store performance. You’ll own daily operations, coach talent, and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience that builds brand loyalty.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop talent, oversee merchandising, payroll and expenses, and ensure exceptional customer service with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Welcomes feedback and is committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and performance as part of the sales-directing team.
• Own daily operations to execute on merchandising and displays.
• Lead and coach stylists; foster a culture of respect and accountability.
