The ASM collaborates with the Station Manager to meet performance goals, coach staff, and handle daily store operations while upholding CSI standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment.
• Experience operating cash registers and related equipment.
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager with day-to-day retail operations.
• Provide direction and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality guidelines are followed.
• Maintain wage and hour compliance.
• Perform CSR duties as needed.
