Chevron Stations is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Portland, Oregon location. You will lead staff, ensure safety and compliance, manage inventory, and deliver 100% customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have prior retail or fuel industry management experience, be able to work varied shifts, and communicate effectively with customers and team. We offer weekly pay, benefits, education reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Previous managerial experience in a retail, food service or fuel environment.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail facility and manage employee matters.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, manage performance and administer discipline.
• Ensure station compliance with wage/hour requirements and safety guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and loss prevention processes.
• Coordinate with other stations to limit out-of-stocks and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate necessary information to the team.
• Review video surveillance and address customer relations issues as needed.
