Job summary

SkyHop Global LLC in Glendale, NY is seeking an Assistant Station Leader for our busy NYC operation. The role involves supervising drivers, coordinating 24/7 schedules, and partnering with the Station Leader to ensure safety and top-tier service for airline partners.

You will lead field teams, monitor metrics, and step in as acting leader when needed. This is a hands-on leadership path with growth to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, hospitality, or another high-volume service industry.
• Hands-on operator comfortable being visible and active in the field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 24/7 NYC ground-transportation operation.

Pay: $80,000–$85,000 per year + up to 20% month ly performance bonus

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our busy NYC operation. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a larger leadership role in a 24/7/365 transportation environment. You will be a key partner to the Station Leader, helping oversee daily operations, support drivers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our airline partners.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily oversight of a 24/7 ground-transportation operation at NYC.
• Assist in managing, coaching, and developing teams of drivers.
• Help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements.
• Promote and enforce safety, DOT compliance, and company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and elevate issues proactively.
• Help build strong relationships with airline partners and internal leadership.
• Step in as acting leader when Station Leader is off-site.

What We’re Looking For
