SkyHop Global LLC – Glendale, NY is seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our NYC operation in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. You will partner with the Station Leader to oversee daily ground-transportation activities, coach drivers, and ensure safety and airline service standards.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A path from Assistant Leader to Station Leader and beyond is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, hospitality, or another high-volume service industry.
• Hands-on operator comfortable being visible in the field.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must live in the NYC area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of a 24/7 ground-transportation operation at NYC.

• Help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our busy NYC operation. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a larger leadership role in a 24/7/365 transportation environment. You will be a key partner to the Station Leader, helping oversee daily operations, support drivers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our airline partners.
