Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Endoscopy unit at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, day shift position (Mon-Fri) requires RN with Endoscopy and post-surgical care experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee patient care, lead the Endoscopy nursing team, and coordinate with physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. BLS/ACLS required, Florida RN license mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Endoscopy nursing experience is required.
• Experience in post-surgical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, and provide care for Endoscopy patients.
• Lead nursing staff on the Endoscopy unit, ensuring quality care.
• Coordinate with physicians and support teams to manage patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS and nursing licensure requirements.
