Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales focused Assistant Spa Manager to help drive our spa operations. The role combines client interaction with leadership at the front desk and in sales initiatives.

You will train sales associates, work with spa managers to foster a client- and team-centered culture, educate members on services and memberships, handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, and generate sales reports. This role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and front desk management experience.
• Proven ability to train sales associates and motivate team.
• Knowledge of health and wellness services is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Flexible evening and weekend availability.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking a sales focused Assistant Spa Manager to help us drive our spa operations! The position of Assistant Spa Manager is designed for people who are passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry and expanding their sales experience.

Ideal candidates for this role demonstrate the following attributes:

• Growth Focused Leadership - the assistant spa manager will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our spa managers to produce both a client and team focused culture..
• Member Conversion and Customer Service-As part of the spa managementteam, you will lead by example. You enjoy connecting with clients to offer them individualized sales solutions. You also understand how to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Promote Health and Wellness– You understand, or want to learn more, about the benefits of massages and facials. You are comfortable educating members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Multi-Tasking ExpertiseHave experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks- including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
