Job summary

Massage Heights in Charlotte seeks an Assistant Retreat Director to support guest service excellence and team satisfaction. You will supervise operations, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards across shifts.

You will recruit, train, coach, and mentor Front Desk teams, schedule staff, and collaborate with the Retreat Director to achieve goals while modeling professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of face-to-face sales or retail management experience.
• Leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with employees for coaching/mentoring with discipline.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must work varied hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
• Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
• Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
