Job summary

Massage Heights - Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director to support guest service and team satisfaction, with a focus on driving revenue, supervising operations, and maintaining brand standards.

You will lead Front Desk training, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with the Retreat Director to set goals; a weekend/evening schedule is required and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift.
• Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent.
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team.
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team.
• Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals.
