Massage Heights in Stonecrest, GA seeks an Assistant Retreat Director to elevate guest service and support team satisfaction. You will assist in supervising Retreat operations, drive revenue and oversee inventory while maintaining brand standards across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in face-to-face sales or retail management, strong leadership, training and coaching abilities, and comfort with computers and basic math.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of face-to-face sales or retail management experience.
• Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to mentor and discipline.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory and ensuring brand systems and processes are followed per shift.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent.
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching and role-playing are essential for success.
• Stay updated on services, products, and promotions, and set an example for the team.
• Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set goals and create plans to meet/exceed them.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team goals.

Job Summary

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Retreat Director position are designed to assist in exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
• Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
• Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals

Qualifications

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
