Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino White Tanks is seeking a Sous Chef-level supervisor to oversee Food & Beverage staff, assist in menu creation, labor and food cost control, scheduling, and procurement. Must know Title 4 Arizona liquor law and adhere to TOGE policies.

You will train staff, create schedules, ensure compliance with health codes, manage daily operations across venues, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years kitchen experience; culinary education may substitute for 1 year of lead cook experience.
• Must be 18+; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TOGE policies and Internal Controls.
• Knowledge of health codes and food safety regulations; uphold quality and sanitation.
• Oversee daily operations of assigned food venue or production areas and manage staff.
• Provide training, organize workloads, and develop staff schedules.
• Responsible for procurement of food and supplies and cost management.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and supervise performance.
