Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years coaching experience; Division I experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA regulations for Division I programs.
• Understanding and support of Jesuit values and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in all aspects of running a Division I softball program.
• Design and implement comprehensive practice plans and player development.
• Recruit and retain student-athletes within admissions, financial aid, and NCAA policies.
• Oversee program administration, scheduling, the budget, and compliance.
• Support fundraising, donor/alumni relations, and public relations efforts.
