Job summary

Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to manage multifamily rehab and renovation projects across New Jersey. You will oversee planning, scheduling, staffing, and on-site coordination to ensure work proceeds safely and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include safety enforcement, daily field reports, coordinating subcontractors, interfacing with inspectors and clients, and maintaining quality workmanship and timely costs.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Experience with construction management software and field reporting tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Proven track record in multifamily rehab or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned
