Job summary

Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC is seeking experienced Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for a new multifamily rehab project in Brooklyn, NY and the Metro NYC area. You will oversee planning through completion, allocate resources, and manage field reporting and safety compliance.

Candidates should have at least 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, with multifamily rehab experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency in Timberline or Raken.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Computer proficiency is a MUST; Timberline and Raken a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software.
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports.
• Facilitate toolbox talks as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Other related projects, as assigned.
