Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of Shift Lead or Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to perform at their best.

• Recruit and train new teammates and manage onboarding.
• Engage customers and maintain high service standards.
