You will train staff, ensure efficient wash processes, and maintain equipment while providing helpful service to customers. This position requires flexibility with weather-related hours and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Train and develop team members through the training program and ongoing coaching.
• Oversee car wash operations to ensure efficiency and proper prep of vehicles for wash.
• Direct drivers safely and address challenges to protect customers and staff.
• Maintain a welcoming site appearance with regular cleaning tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, educate on services, and resolve concerns.
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared before washing (doors, mirrors, wipers).
• Monitor wash quality and equipment function; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Enforce company policies with customers and staff to uphold service standards.
• Assist in recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks; stay flexible for additional duties.
