ModWash in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily operations and support the general manager. You’ll lead a team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and actively promote unlimited wash memberships to grow the brand.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. You will supervise opening/closing duties, manage inventory, training, and ensure safety and compliance while fostering a fun, high-energy work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
