Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to partner with the Site Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and running daily operations at our Lexington site. You will lead, develop, and coach the team, own customer interactions, and ensure safety and service standards are consistently met.

This role emphasizes people development, problem-solving, and accountability, with opportunities to influence promotions and site initiatives in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and developing new team members, ensuring they understand company values and site procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve and succeed.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Promote a positive team culture and recognize achievements to boost engagement.
• Help identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities for team growth.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to the Site Leader to uphold operational excellence.
• Assist with site safety protocols and routine cleaning to maintain quality standards.
• Track sales activity and provide feedback to the Site Leader on revenue opportunities.
