Express Wash Concepts in Dayton, OH, seeks an Assistant Site Manager for Flying Ace Express Car Wash. Earns $22.00 per hour with incentives tied to site performance. The role focuses on daily store operations, sales growth, and customer care at the Dayton location.

You will assist the site manager, lead teams, and drive service quality while managing schedules, inventory, and safety. Growth opportunities exist within the company’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT skills and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Willingness to coach, mentor, and train.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth through monthly unlimited wash packages and upselling.
• Participate in recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling to meet business needs.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance via accurate Quality Control checks.
• Follow procedures for cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge; pursue growth opportunities.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
