Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II for Green Clean Express Auto Wash in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on supporting the site manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer care.

You will lead by example, drive sales of monthly packages, and upsell products to customers to boost site performance. You will also help recruit, develop, and mentor staff, supervise scheduling, and manage daily cash and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.

• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling.
• Monitor P&L through chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance via regular quality control checks.

• Monitor inventory and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Pursue growth through educational opportunities.
