Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development and support, onboarding new members, and scheduling to ensure fair workload.
• Enhance customer experience by greeting guests, answering questions about services and promotions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee operational excellence, inspect equipment and safety practices, and monitor inventory and site cleanliness.
• Support sales through promoting unlimited wash memberships and upselling services; track activity for revenue growth.
• Make quick, informed decisions, collaborate with team members, and escalate as needed to Site Leader.
