Express Wash Concepts’ Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Dayton, OH is seeking a Team Leader to support daily site operations, drive customer service excellence, and boost sales growth. The role offers $17.50 per hour with opportunities to advance and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, greet customers, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and engage customers to secure 100% satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Greet customers with a positive first impression and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers during and after the wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high service standards.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
