Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations and customer service quality.
• Lead recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to fulfill company mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor expenditures.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
