Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring an Assistant Site Manager at our Norfolk location. Earn $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance, and join a fast-growing, award-winning company that focuses on growth and community.

You will help the site manager run daily operations, boost sales of unlimited wash packages, train staff, and ensure top customer care. This role offers strong training, leadership development, and a clear path to management opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Present professional image.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Successful management of labor and staff scheduling.
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
