Job summary
Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for Green Clean Express Auto Wash in Portsmouth, VA. You will assist the site manager to ensure smooth operation and superior customer service, while driving on-site sales of unlimited wash packages and upselling products.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership, 2 years of customer service, and basic IT skills with POS systems; weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
- Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
- Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
- Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
- Manage labor and staff scheduling.
- Oversee P&L through monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
- Quality control and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
- Enforce safety protocols and SOPs.
- Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
