Job summary

ModWash in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and support the general manager. You will drive membership sales, train team members, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You'll manage shift schedules, uphold site standards, monitor inventory and safety, and help recruit and develop staff. Base pay is plus commission with paid training and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for serving others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service to every guest.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and memberships.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening/closing site duties and maintain site standards.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of employees.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining employees.
• Manage chemical inventory, usage, and costs.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Complete required administrative duties and ensure policy compliance.
