Job summary

ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Lexington, NC to lead daily operations and support the general manager. You will drive membership sales, supervise staff, and ensure guests have an outstanding experience.

You’ll train the team, manage inventory, and uphold safety and standards at the site. You will educate customers on memberships, guide package selection, and work to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Awesome customer service skills with prior sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service to every guest.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Open and close the site when scheduled and maintain site standards.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee staff productivity, breaks and safety.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and coaching employees.
• Manage chemical inventory, usage and costs.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
