Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store operates efficiently and exceeds customer service expectations. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, upselling products, and more:

• Maintain high-quality daily store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling successfully.
• Monitor and manage P&L through chemicals, utilities, and other expenses.
• Conduct quality assurance through regular Quality Control checks.
• Follow standard cash management procedures, including reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, assist with ordering.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Participate in educational and training opportunities for growth.
• Perform other related duties as required.

What You’ll Need to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective engagement.
• Ability to follow and give clear directions.
• Availability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Professional appearance according to guidelines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shifts.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
