Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and exceeds customer service expectations. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high-quality daily store operations
• Leading with integrity and fostering respectful accountability
• Exceeding sales goals and promoting store growth
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating team members
• Managing labor and staff scheduling effectively
• Monitoring and managing expenses such as chemicals and utilities
• Conducting quality assurance through checks and controls
• Managing cash procedures including reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• Monitoring inventory and supplies, assisting with orders
• Adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures
• Addressing customer escalations professionally
• Learning wash processes and equipment to enhance knowledge
• Participating in educational and training opportunities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year college degree (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Basic IT skills (POS, Microsoft Office, G Suite)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and presence in the moment
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others
• Professional appearance according to guidelines
• Commitment to exceeding expectations and accountability

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the site for entire shifts
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
