Job Description: Are you enthusiastic about leading teams and providing outstanding customer service? As an Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support team training, enhance customer satisfaction, and help achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers warmly and support our Unlimited Wash Club program.
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain the appearance of the site and ensure all equipment functions properly.
• Open and close the site, managing daily operations.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet sales and service standards.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience and car wash experience are desirable.
