Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a facilities supervisor to manage a janitorial team on a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional nights and weekends. On-the-job training provided.

You will interview, hire, and train staff; oversee daily workflow; ensure safety and cleanliness standards; communicate effectively with client and facility personnel; and promote the company's culture and values.

Manufacturing supervision background preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.
• Strong service/quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the security contract are being satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
