Responsibilities

• Lead the site on duty when the Site Leader is unavailable and coach team on guest interaction and service standards.
• Drive membership growth and ensure a guest-first experience across all touchpoints.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and wash quality while managing daily operations and staffing.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and development of team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
