You will engage with guests, explain wash options, and help drive membership growth while maintaining a clean, fast, friendly experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest promptly with a smile, eye contact, and positive energy.
• Consistently deliver the proper Tommy's Express window dialogue during guest interactions.
• Learn and demonstrate the expected dialogue until it becomes natural and conversational.
• Deliver the dialogue with enthusiasm and personality rather than simply repeating a script.
• Maintain a high level of energy throughout the entire shift - not just during busy periods or when a manager is nearby.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel appreciated and excited to visit Tommy's Express.
