Job summary

Franklin Public Schools in Franklin, Massachusetts, is seeking an Assistant Site Director for Washington Street K-2. This position supports the Solutions Extended Day before and after school program, with shifts 6:45–8:45 am and 2:00–6:00 pm, starting at $22 per hour.

The role reports to Solutions Program Directors and involves supervising activities, leading enrichment opportunities, and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere for children from Preschool through Grade 5, helping with daily

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Apps a plus).
• Must be 18 and have a High School Diploma.
• Must successfully pass CORI background check and national fingerprinting screening (CHRI).
