Job summary

Franklin Public Schools in Franklin, Massachusetts, is seeking an Assistant Site Director for Washington Street K-2. This position supports the Solutions Extended Day before and after school program, with shifts 6:45–8:45 am and 2:00–6:00 pm, starting at $22 per hour.

The role reports to Solutions Program Directors and involves supervising activities, leading enrichment opportunities, and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere for children from Preschool through Grade 5, helping with daily

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.

Reports to: Solutions Program Directors

We are seeking caring, reliable staff to support children in a safe, engaging before and after school environment. Responsibilities include supervising activities, leading enrichment opportunities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Staff work with children in Preschool through Grade 5 and help ensure smooth daily transitions between school and program time.
