Qualifications

• Paid training provided to manage a shop location and perform basic auto services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring locations are staffed and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Change oil, replace filters, maintain oil-related tasks and general shop upkeep.
• Restock inventory and keep the shop, office, and restrooms clean.
