Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support daily operations, drive a friendly customer experience, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Automotive experience is valued but not required, with paid hands-on training to learn the Take 5 standards. We offer competitive hourly pay plus weekly bonus opportunities, along with benefits and paid time off for full-time team members and clear paths for career growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.

• Train new team members and provide coaching and feedback.
