Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a motivated Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and provide outstanding customer service. Paid training will teach you the Take 5 way to manage a location, perform oil changes, and handle routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided to learn the Take 5 way and shop operations.
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure team members are in position and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to follow the Take 5 method and procedures.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other light maintenance tasks.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the shop floor.
