Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training available. The role focuses on developing leadership skills while delivering high-quality customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced auto shop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to coordinate staff and ensure vehicle checks and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees to follow the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other light auto services.
