Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support daily operations, team development, and provide a safe, friendly customer experience while acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the Take 5 way. Automotive experience is valued, but not required. This role offers a clear career growth path from Pit Tech to President as you perform with consistency and drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring safe, efficient service.
• Train new team members and provide coaching and feedback.
