Take 5 Oil Change in Fitchburg, WI is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering a safe, friendly customer experience.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, coach team members, oversee opening/closing procedures, and help ensure high-quality service. Automotive experience is valued, but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty by coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
