Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA 608 (Core and Type II) certification required.

• 2–5 years of maintenance or service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team and contractor activities and perform hands-on maintenance.
• Maintain common areas and grounds to company standards and identify hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly.
• Oversee service requests, vacant apartment maintenance, and repairs.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and manage parts and supplies.
