Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Service Manager I to oversee maintenance operations for communities up to 500 homes and lead a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service, handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and turnover activities. You will manage budgets, inventories, and safety compliance while driving asset preservation and operational excellence.

• Team leadership and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and timely response to requests.
• Budgeting, inventory control and cost management.
