Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Report problems in units or on the property to the Community Manager.
• Keep grounds, garbage areas, halls, garages and parking lots neat and debris-free; patrol daily.
• Assist management with curb appeal, including detailing model units and putting up banners or signs.
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders.
• Analyze work orders for patterns or long-term maintenance concerns.
• Perform maintenance of exteriors, interiors and common areas; duties include pressure-washing, painting and system upkeep.
• Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with turning vacant units within 3 business days and report status to managers.
• Change unit locks on vacancy and obtain necessary keys; adapt to on-call rotation.
