Job summary

Knightvest Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support daily maintenance operations at our Dallas community. You will assist the Service Manager with scheduling, make-ready work, and vendor coordination to deliver move-in ready homes.

You’ll perform painting, basic repairs, and housekeeping to ensure quality, safety, and satisfaction for residents, while maintaining log books and inventory. Strong communication and hands-on maintenance skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in multi-family property maintenance.
• EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
• HVAC experience preferred; CAMT preferred.
• Must own personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Maintenance Operations: Scheduling service requests, make-ready apartments, and special projects.
• Prepare Market-Ready Apartments: painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs to ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain Grounds & Community Areas: upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Coordinate Vendors & Service Requests: refer outside vendors and manage work orders.
• Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience: provide friendly, professional service to residents.
