Priority Infiniti of Chesapeake is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager by directing service staff and ensuring top‑notch customer service. You will lead hiring, training, and development of the team and act as a liaison between the store and Fixed Operations, guaranteeing policy compliance.

Responsibilities include mentoring Service Advisors and technicians, resolving customer questions, and overseeing warranty and receivables administration.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Dealership Service department experience.
• Excellent Teaching, Presentation, Time Management skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles & computer use.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Nissan/Inf Infiniti experience preferred. CDK experience is required. At least 2 years of new car dealer management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in directing activities of service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and performance targets.
• Lead hiring, training and development of Service Department personnel to build a winning team.
• Liaise between the store and Support Services Fixed Operations; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, develop & mentor Service Advisors & technical staff; resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Manage warranty, receivables and service contracts administration and follow-up.
