Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar automotive leadership role.
• Strong understanding of service operations, repair processes, parts management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet department goals.
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, workflow, and staffing.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the service department budget including labor, parts, and supplies.
• Drive profitability by optimizing operations and upselling services.
