Qualifications

• College experience or a bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Previous leadership, customer service, operations, or management experience is a plus.
• Automotive or transportation experience is very helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and service schedules.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Monitor service progress and ensure customers stay informed.
• Help maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service standards.
• Support branch leadership with planning, organization, and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
