Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the service management team in upholding dealership standards and overseeing the service department. You will engage with customers and internal departments to drive service objectives with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

The role emphasizes leadership of the service team, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• 1+ years’ related experience or related military/education/training
• Ability to lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive service records, schedule equipment delivery/pickup, and manage service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health and safety regulations and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
