Transwest Trucks is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our team. You will supervise shop staff, assist the Service Manager, and help manage customer relations, estimates, and labor pricing to balance quality, productivity, and profit.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train personnel. A high school diploma is required, CDL within 90 days preferred, and prior diesel truck repair knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL within 90 days of employment encouraged.
• Diesel engine knowledge and diagnostic skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shop staff including Administration, Foremen, and Service Writers.
• Assist the Service Manager in training personnel.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer relations.
• Schedule and supervise work to balance quality, productivity and profit.
• Maintain tools and shop equipment and participate in budgeting and planning.
